Cancellation & Refunds Policy

This Cancellation & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made on Ecofira. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

Returns Policy 

  • Ecofira does not accept returns under normal circumstances.

  • Used, opened, or tampered products are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

Refunds May Be Issued Under the Following Circumstances

Refunds may be initiated only if any one of the following conditions is met:

  1. The product you ordered is not in stock with us.

  2. The shipping address provided is not serviceable by our courier partner.

  3. You have paid twice for the same order from the same mobile number.

  4. You receive a damaged product, and:

    • A clear unboxing video is shared with us, and

    • The product is found to be unused, unopened, and in original condition after verification.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. - 5 hrs

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds for cancelled or eligible orders will be processed within 7 working days.- discuss this with the payment gateway

  • The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Mode of Refund

 Prepaid Orders

  • The refund amount will be credited to the same payment method used while placing the order.

  • Refunds are processed after verification, within 5–7 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer during the refund request.

  • COD refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after verification.

Replacements

  • Replacements are applicable only for damaged products, subject to approval.

  • Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 3–5 working days.

  • There is no processing fee for approved replacements.

  • If a replacement is requested with a higher-priced product, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
